Spirulina Chia Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 150 ml coconut milk
  • 3 tablespoons (45 g) chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon (5 g) Spirulina powder
  • 1 tablespoon (15 g) maple syrup
  • Fresh fruit for topping

Instructions:

  1. Combine coconut milk, chia seeds, Spirulina, and maple syrup in a jar.
  2. Stir well and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  3. Top with fresh fruit before serving.
