Spirulina Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 150 g whole wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon (5 g) Spirulina powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 250 ml milk
  • 1 egg
  • 30 g melted butter

Instructions:

  1. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together milk, egg, and melted butter.
  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  4. Cook on a hot skillet until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden.
