Spirulina Soup

Ingredients:

  • 1 onion, chopped (about 100 g)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 300 g broccoli, chopped
  • 1 liter vegetable broth
  • 2 tablespoons (10 g) Spirulina powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Sauté onion and garlic in a pot until translucent.
  2. Add broccoli and vegetable broth; simmer until broccoli is tender.
  3. Stir in Spirulina, blend until smooth, and season to taste.
