Ingredients:
- 1 onion, chopped (about 100 g)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 300 g broccoli, chopped
- 1 liter vegetable broth
- 2 tablespoons (10 g) Spirulina powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Sauté onion and garlic in a pot until translucent.
- Add broccoli and vegetable broth; simmer until broccoli is tender.
- Stir in Spirulina, blend until smooth, and season to taste.
